Intellectual Property</h2><p>Platform content is owned by AnthemSports. You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a licence to display it.</p><h2>5. Limitation of Liability</h2><p>AnthemSports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.</p><h2>6. Termination</h2><p>We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from profile settings.</p><h2>7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction</h2><p>These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Hungary. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary.
